Regulation No. 69 of 2019 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on conditions and procedure for granting aid for the purchase of all electric vehicles

This Regulation establishes the conditions and procedure for granting support for the implementation of the measure “Support for the Purchase of Fully Electric Vehicles to Promote Their Deployment” pursuant to Annex 5 to the State Budget Strategy 2019–2022. The objective of the measure is to reduce CO2 emissions in the Estonian transport sector through the wider introduction of electric vehicles and to promote electric transport. Support will be provided to achieve the objective of the measure. The Regulation consists of five chapters: General provisions (1); Basis for granting support (2); Requirements for the applicant, application and electric vehicle (3); Processing the application (4); and Payment, use and recovery of aid (5).
