This Regulation establishes the procedures for fire safety inspections, the specifications for the performance of fire safety inspections, the requirements for the content of the fire safety inspection report and the procedure for the exchange of information. It consists of seven sections: Scope of application (1); Fire safety inspection procedures (2); Content of act (3); Elimination of deficiencies discovered during fire safety inspection and exchange of information (4); Specifications for performance of fire safety inspection (5); Implementing provisions (6); and Entry into force of regulation (7).
