Regulation No. 71 of 2016 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on standard levels for ambient noise and methods for measuring, determining and evaluating noise levels

This Regulation approves the standard levels for ambient noise and methods for measuring, determining and evaluating noise levels. It shall not apply to areas to which the public has no access and which are not permanently inhabited, and to work environments in which occupational health and safety requirements apply. It consists of three chapters: General provisions (1); Standard noise level, noise level assessment, measurement and determination of the assessed level (2); and Final provisions (3).
