Regulation No. 71 of 2018 of Minister of Health and Labor of Estonia on the radiation safety requirements for medical exposure procedures, requirements for clinical audit of medical exposure procedures and diagnostic reference values and requirements for their determination

This Regulation lays down radiation safety requirements for medical exposure procedures, requirements for conducting clinical audits of medical exposure procedures, and diagnostic reference values and requirements for their determination in order to ensure the protection of a person against the harmful effects of ionizing radiation. The Regulation consists of six chapters: General provisions (1); Referral to a medical exposure procedure (2); Performing a medical exposure procedure (3); Ensuring the quality of medical exposure procedures (4); Diagnostic reference values and their determination (5); and Implementing provision (6).
