Regulation No. 71 of 2020 of Minister of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure of Estonia on the rules for the technical use of railways

The rules for the technical use of railways establish the technical and operational requirements for railway infrastructure and rolling stock and the requirements for the maintenance and safe transport of railway traffic and the transport of rail transport on the wide-gauge railway with a speed of up to 160 kilometers per hour. The Regulation consists of seven chapters: General provisions (1); Buildings and equipment (2); Rolling stock (3); Arranging for train traffic and shunting (4); Transport management requirements (5); Fire safety (6); and Implementing provisions (7).
