This Regulation approves the specified requirements for applications for integrated environmental permits and procedure for issue of permits and data composition of applications for integrated environmental permits and permits. It consists of 16 sections: Specified requirements for application for integrated environmental permit and submission of application (1); Data composition of integrated permit and procedure for issue of permit (2); Description of location of installation (3); Activities of installation (4); Best available techniques (5); Measures and planned techniques for prevention or reduction of emissions and waste generation, use of resources and soil protection (6); Use, production and storage of raw materials, auxiliary materials, semi-finished products, hazardous substances and mixtures (7); Information concerning special use of water of installation, air pollution and waste management (8); Use of fuel, production and consumption of energy (9); Self-monitoring of installation (10); Prevention of accidents and reduction of consequences (11); Operating tolerances (12); Prevention or reduction of environmental impact in case of complete decommissioning of installation and after-care measures (13); Temporary derogations from requirements for integrated permits (14); Repeal of regulation (15); and Entry into force of regulation (16).
