Regulation No. 78 of 2020 of Minister of Rural Affairs on rate of hourly fee for performing food, feed and veterinary supervision activities in 2021

The regulation is established on the basis of subsection 29 3 (6) of the Feedingstuffs Act, subsection 49 3 (5) of the Foodstuffs Act and subsection 35 3 (8) of the Veterinary Management Act. It consists of four sections: Rate of hourly fee charged for performance of food supervision acts in 2021 (1); Rate of hourly fee charged for performance of feed supervision activities in 2021 (2); Rate of hourly fee charged for performance of veterinary supervision acts in 2021 (3); and Entry into force of regulation (4).
