Regulation No. 79 of Estonian Government on bases and rates of damage to the environment caused by the illegal killing of wild game or the destruction or damage of wild game habitat.

This Regulation provides for the bases and rates of damage to the environment caused by the illegal killing of wild game or the destruction or damage of wild game habitat. It consists of three chapters: Rates of damage to the environment caused by the illegal killing of wild game and calculation of damage (1); Rates of damage to the environment caused by destruction of or damage to wild game habitat and calculation of damage (2); and Implementing provision (3).
