This Regulation approves the requirements for test works and examinations of forest managers, procedure for organization of test works and examinations, evaluation of results and issue, extension and revocation of certificates of forest managers. It consists of 14 sections: Forest manager (1); Procedure for organization of experimental work and examination of forest organizers (2); Application for examination and test work (3); Preparation for examination (4); Requirements for examination and organization of examination (5); Evaluation of examination results (6); Passing re-examination (7); Requirements for test work (8); Preparation and performance of test work (9); Evaluation of test results (10); Performance of retest work (11); Issue of certificate (12); Renewal of the certificate (12-1); Revocation of the certificate (12-2); Challenge proceedings (13); and Entry into force of regulation (14).
