The Regulation establishes the form of an application for a permit for the import of a fertilizer not used in the register of fertilizers used in research, the list of documents to be submitted and the procedure for processing the application. It consists of six sections: Scope of application (1); Applicant (2); Application for permit (3); Review of application (4); Grant of permit and rejection of application (5); and Entry into force of regulation (6).
