This Regulation approves the statutes of the register of products, equipment, systems and containers and handling operations containing fluorinated greenhouse gases and ozone depleting substances and procedures for maintaining it. It consists of six chapters: General provisions (1); Data to be entered in the database (2); Submission of data and use of the database (3); Access to and retention of data (4); Maintenance of the database (5); and Implementing provisions (6).
