Regulation No. 84 of 2006 of Minister of the Environment on Rules for the Carriage of Timber, Requirements for Deeds of Delivery and Acceptance of Timber and Bill of Lading, and Form of Notification Submitted to the Tax and Customs Board for Logging Rights or Timber Sold or Purchased

This Regulation governs the transfer of timber upon transfer, the transfer of timber for processing or storage, the notification of the purchase and sale of timber and growing forest, and the transport of timber on public roads. It consists of six sections: Scope of regulation (1); Transfer or assignment of timber for processing or storage (2); Notification of sale or purchase transaction of felling right or timber (3); Attestation of legality of possession of timber (4); Timber consignment note (5); and Implementing provision (6).
