This Regulation approves the list of sub-sectors and threshold capacities for which an integrated permit is required for the operation of the installation. It consists of twelve sections: Energy production (1); Production of energy carriers (2); Production and processing of metals (3); Processing of mineral materials (4); Chemical industry (5); Handling of hazardous waste (6); Management of non-hazardous waste (7); Operation of landfills (8); Pulp, paper and textile industry and tanning (9); Food industry and feed production (10); Pig, cattle and poultry farming (11); and Other fields of activity (12).
