Abstract
The Regulation, based on section 29 (6) of the Feed Act, section 49 (6) of the Food Act, and sections 88 (10) and 89 (6) of the Veterinary Act, establishes the procedure for the payment of food, feed and veterinary supervision fees, control of acceptance and payment in cash and refund of overpaid supervision fees. It consists of twelve sections: Scope of regulation (1); Person required to pay supervision fee (2); Payment of supervision fee (3); Payment of supervision fee upon delivery of animals and animal products, food and feed from Estonia to non-EU country (4); Decision to collect supervision fee (5); Acceptance of supervision fee in cash (6); Verification of payment of supervision fee (7); Procedure for refund of overpaid supervision fee (8); Application for refund of overpaid supervision fee (9); Examination of application (10); Refund of overpaid supervision fee (11); and Entry into force of regulation (12).
