Regulation no. 94 of 2023 concerning the amounts permitted for the marketing of seed and seed potatoes of the variety intended for the conservation of crop genetic resources by 2024.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of article 106 paragraph 2 (6) of the Plant Propagation and Variety Protection Act, establishes the permitted quantities for the marketing of seed and seed potatoes of the variety intended for the preservation of the genetic resources of agricultural crops. The Regulation concerns: oats, wheat, barley, rye, potatoes and rapeseed.
