Abstract
The Regulation establishes the procedures for carrying out checks at border inspection posts and at approved destinations on plants, plant products and other objects moving from non-EU countries to Estonia. It specifies the requirements for accompanying documents, such as phytosanitary certificates, and the process for verifying the identity and health of the import products. It also sets the measures to be taken if the imports do not meet the phytosanitary standards. Additionally, it mentions reduced controls for certain imports from specific regions.
