Regulation №50 of 2005 on phytosanitary requirements of the protected areas.

The Regulation establishes plant health requirements for the protected area and provides the defies areas considered protected for plant health, referring to European Commission Directive 2001/32/EC. It also sets out the list of dangerous plant pests that are banned from protected areas. It also sets transportation and marketing restrictions on the movement and sale of plants and plant products in protected areas.
