Abstract
Fiscal marking applies to quantities of diesel that are produced in Estonia, for the production of agricultural products in tractors and other machines used in agriculture, and in commercial fishing in inland waters, in compliance with European Legislation. This Act applies the provisions of the European Regulation (EU) No. 952/2013 laying down the Union Customs Code, focusing on quantities of diesel released for free circulation, or shipped into Estonia from a Member State of the European Union and intended to be used in accordance with the provisions of the Act. Further provisions of the Act concern the right to purchase special diesel fuel used in agriculture and commercial fishing on the basis of a fisherman's fishing permit, and for commercial fishing in inland waters.
