Abstract
This Agreement consisting of 3 articles aims at confirming the bonds between the two peoples and countries to achieve and sustain their mutual interests in a way that serves permanent good-neighborly relations. The Agreement establishes in Article 1 that (i) the maritime borderline between the two countries begins at the meeting point of the Egyptian, Saudi, and Jordanian maritime borders in the Gulf of Aqaba, which will be agreed upon afterward; (ii) the maritime border line extends from the meeting point of the maritime borders to the point of the marine borderline No.61, according to the geographical coordinates of the border line points between the two countries (the coordinated are given).
