Declaration concerning the Contiguous Zone.

In accordance with Article 310 of the Convention on Law of the sea, signed in Montegoby in Jamaica on 10/12/1982, the Arab Republic of Egypt declare that the width of its contiguous zone(determined by Enactment issued on 18/1/1951, amended by Decree of the President of the Republic issued on 17/2/1958), at 24 nautical miles from the base lines from which the width of the territorial sea is measured, in conformity with Article 33 of the Convention.
