Memorandum of Understanding between Egypt and Cyprus on development cooperation.

This Agreement aims at development cooperation between Egypt and Cyprus in the fields of irrigation, environment, health, education and human resources. The present Agreement is composed of 7 articles. Articles 1 and 2 invite both Parties to increase development cooperation in the fields mentioned above. Article 3 specifies the competent authorities in both Countries for the signature of the aforementioned Agreement. Article 5 deals with dispute settlements. Articles 6 and 7 provide for the entry into force and validity of the Agreement.
