Ministerial Decree No. 1601 of 2005 amending some provisions of the Ministerial Decree No. 1030 of 2003 on the establishment of a cooperative insurance fund on fishing boats for water resources’ cooperatives and their members.

This Decree amends the first paragraph of articles 24 and 31 of the executive Regulations of Ministerial Decree No. 1030 of 2003 on the establishment of a cooperative insurance fund on fishing boats for water resources’ cooperatives and their members. Article 24 provides for the compensation fund of social insurance of then thousand pounds in case of death resulting from work. Article 31 states that the fund’s treasury cannot retain more than five thousand pounds to be spent for its purposes unless approved by the fund Manager.
