Ministerial Decree No. 17 of 1967 on establishing a system to control the Desert Locust.

This Decree is composed of 4 articles. It states that the desert locust insects is one of the serious pests which are harmful to agricultural wealth. Measures to resist this insect will be implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture. These measures include poisoning , spraying with chemicals or any other mean that will help eradicating the epidemic of this insect.
