Abstract
This Decree provides for the resistance to Egyptian locusts and the types of hoppers. Article one states that Egyptian Locusts and hoppers are from the acridiue species which is harmful for plants and must be resisted and the treatment of infected plants is mandatory. Farmers have to inform relevant committees as soon as the infections are clear to start the resistance. The Ministry of Agriculture provides for the different ways to resist Egyptian Locusts whether by poison, or spraying with chemicals and so on. The Agricultural Cooperatives have an important role and acts of resistance.
