Ministerial Decree No. 48 of 2013 amending the Ministerial Decree No. 3007 of 2001 on the Egyptian Quarantine Rules.

This Decree amends article 70, 73, 75, and 80 of the Ministerial Decree No. 3007 of 2001 on the Egyptian Quarantine Rules providing for the expenses of disinfection of products, expenses collected from importers and exporters, expenses for the control of transfer of cotton lint or seeds from one vessel to another respectively.
