Ministerial Decree No. 52 of 2012 on the organization ,Handling, Storage, and Grinding of Local Wheat

This Resolution provides for the circulation, storage and milling of local wheat, and it is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 states that local wheat supplies will be confiscated in case mixed with imported wheat. Article 2 sets forth details about the confiscation of the wheat supplies if it’s old. Article 4 declares that any violations to this Regulations will be penalized according to Article 56 of the Legislation No. 95 of year 1945.
