Ministerial Decree No. 621 of 2008 on the Second Amendment to the Ministerial Decree No. 630 of 2007 defining active substances of authorized or prohibited agricultural pesticides.

This Decree amends Resolution No. 630 of 2007 as follows: (a) to add 52 active materials listed to Annex I of Resolution 630 of 2007 on pesticides, which are allowed to be registered, imported, transported or processed in Egypt; (b) to entrust the Committee of Pesticides to allow the registration or the use of pesticides which do not present any environmental or health danger.
