Ministerial Decree No. 622 of 2008 concerning pesticides.

This Decree is composed of 44 articles and 16 annexes including forms. It provides for the licensing, importation, processing or trading of pesticides whether in its raw form (technical) or processed (formulated). According to this Decree, pesticides have to be registered in the Ministry of Agriculture according to strict conditions and regulations set forth in this Decree. The forms attached to this Decree are models for the request of licensing of pesticides and the lists of the documents needed to support the request.
