Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Cotton farmers in all provinces are obligated to strip cotton bolls and weeds from plants and to gather them to be burned (art. 1). Transgressors will not benefit by advantages offered by the State regarding biological fighting (art. 2). Prohibition to transport cotton fuel-wood from the field before obtaining the authorization from the Agricultural Adviser (art. 3). Prefects will carry out the implementation of this Resolution at the expenses of transgressors (art. 4).
