Ministerial Resolution No. 1616 of 2000 regulating the Veterinary Centres for sale and circulation of biological veterinary preparations, vaccines and serums.

This Resolution is composed of 17 articles. The Veterinary Centres must be authorized by the General Administration for Veterinary Services (art. 1). Conditions and requirements for the applicant who want to practice the activity of sale and circulation of the Biological Veterinary Preparations (art. 3). Conditions and requirements for the place destined to the above-mentioned activity (art. 4). Documents necessary for the presentation of the application (art. 5). The competent apparatuses, officers of the General Administration for Veterinary Services and the Veterinary Departments shall inspect periodically on the above-mentioned Centres (art. 12).
