Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 16 articles. Prohibition to open veterinary centres for sale and circulation of veterinary medicines without authorization of the General Corp for Veterinary Services (art. 1). Conditions and requirements necessary for opening a veterinary centre destined for the sale and circulation of veterinary medicines (art. 3). Conditions and requirements necessary for the place destined to the above-mentioned activity (art. 4). List of documents necessary to be presented with the application (art. 5). The Director of the Centre must be a veterinary surgeon (art. 9). The Applicant must have a register (art. 10). Inspection and control shall be carried out by the competent offices of the General Corp for Veterinary Services (art. 12). Conditions and requirements necessary for the annulment of the authorization (art. 14).
