Ministerial Resolution No. 1908 of 2001 concerning the conditions and measures for the exportation of molluscs to the European Union.

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles and the Regulation Text. Fishing, storage, preparation and control of molluscs destined for the exportation to the European Union will be executed according to the attached Regulation (art. 1). Transgressors of rules and regulations of this Resolution will be punished by the arrest for 6 months and for 12 months if the violation will be repeated (art. 2). The General Administration for Veterinary Services will carry out the application of the above-mentioned Regulation (art. 3).
