Ministerial Resolution No. 1909 of 2001 on conditions and measures necessary for the exportation of fish and marine products to the European Union.

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Fishing, storage, preparation and control of fish intented for the exportation to the European Union will be carried out according to the attached Regulation (art. 1). Transgressors of rules and regulations of this Resolution will be punished by with imprisonment for 6 months and for 12 months if the violation will be repeated (art. 2). The general Administration for Veterinary Services will carry out the application of the above-mentioned Regulation (art. 3).
