Premier Resolution No. 1145 creating a natural protected area in the zone of the White Desert in the province of Alwadi Aljadeed.

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. The zone of the White Desert located in the Province of Alwadi Aljadeed as illustrated in the attached map shall be considered a protected area (art. 1). The Environmental Affairs Board shall be responsible for the protected area (art. 2). All activities and behaviours that may destroy, ruin or damage the natural environment shall be prohibited (art. 3). The Prefect of Alwadi Aljadeed shall carry out the necessary measures for the protection of this zone (art. 4).
