Premier Resolution No. 1146 creating a natural protected area in the zone of Siwa in the province of Matrooh.

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. The zone of Siwa, located in the Province of Matrooh as illustrated in the attached map, shall be considered a protected area (art. 1). The Environmental Affairs Board shall be responsible for this protected area (art. 2). All activities and behaviours that may destroy or damage the natural environment shall be prohibited, including hunting and fishing (art. 3). The Prefect of Matrooh shall carry out the necessary measures for the protection of this zone (art. 4).
