Premier Resolution No. 203 of 2002 concerning the Regulator Standards for works and licences in Nasser Lake, its costs and services.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles and the Regulator Standards issued by the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation. The Regulator Standards attached with this Resolution will be applied on works and licences related to the Nasser Lake, its costs and services (art. 1). Laying down a long range plan related to the development in Nasser Lake (art. 2). The Regulator Standards contain the following: background and introduction; licence standards and development management; agricultural activities; industrial and touristy activities; projects inside and outside the Lake boundaries; transportation and ports; fishing activity; work control and inspection; EIA; and licences.
