Presidential Decree Law No.105 of 2015 amending some provisions of the Environmental Law No.4 of 1994.

This Law consisting of 3 articles aims at replacing the reference to residential areas instead of residential communities (art.1).
It also specifies: 1. Destination of the Environment Protection Fund, more general in the original Law. It shall finance activities, studies and environmental projects of the State for protecting the environment, natural resources, sustainable development and pollution control (amendment to art.14); 2. Resources constituting the Fund (art.14 bis).
The amendment bans import, circulating and use of coal and petroleum coke without permit from the concerned authorities (art. 40 bis) and strengthens penalties for violating the provisions of the Law (art. 86 bis).
