Prime Minister Resolution No. 964 of 2015.

This Resolution consisting of 6 articles amends articles 7 and 8, part of the third paragraph of art. 38 and part of the first paragraph of art. 42 of the Decree No.338 of 1995 issuing the Implementing Regulation of Environment Law No. 4 of 1994.
It establishes: 1. Resources that make up the Environmental Protection Fund and the main targets of the Fund (environmental disasters, training projects in the field of natural resources’ protection, sustainable development, transfer of low-cost technology, environmental protection and monitoring, establishment and management of natural reserves, anti-pollution projects); 2. Distance between residential areas and places for throwing garbage and solid waste, processing facilities and landfill sites (at least 1500 meters, and 500 for sites for treatment of animal and agricultural wastes); 3. Rules for circulating and burn up all types of fuel; 4. Prohibition of every kind of coal without approval of the authority for the environmental affairs; 5. Prohibition of domestic use of all kind of fuel oil or crude oil or other petroleum products.
