Resolution No. 139 of 2001 concerning the Egyptian Code for Soil Mechanic and Foundation Projecting and Executing.

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. The Egyptian Code for Soil Mechanic and Foundation Projecting and Executing issued by Resolutions of the Minister of Housing and Facilities Nos. 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199, 200, 201, 202 and 203 of 1995 will be replaced with this Code (art. 1). The Interested Authorities and Departments mentioned in Law No. 6 of 1964 shall carry out the implementation of this Code (art. 2). The Permanent Committee of the Egyptian Code for Soil and Foundation Projecting and Executing will propose the necessary amendments (art. 3). The Housing and Construction Research Centre will carry out the publication, training and recognition of this Code (art. 4).
