Abstract
This Decree is on issuing executive rules implementing the provisions on imports and exports,the system of testing procedures and monitoring imported and exported goods. It is composed of 5 articles. Article one states that Provisions of laws of imports and exports should be abided by in accordance with the laws, treaties, or international agreements to which Egypt is a party.

This Decree repeals the Ministerial Resolution No. 275 of 1991 and the Ministerial Decree No. 515 of 2003. Any provisions that contradict with the ones in this Decree are repealed.
