Resolution No. 898 of 2002 establishing the Governmental Control Board of Egyptian ports.

This Resolution is composed of 7 articles. Establishment of the Governmental Control Board of Egyptian ports (art. 1). The Board will be subject to the Armed Forces and will inspect foreign ships in Egyptian ports (arts. 2 and 3). The Board will lay down a detailed plan for the inspection cooperating with the competent Ministries and Departments according to the international obligations of the Arab Republic of Egypt (art. 4). The Ministry of Defence will issue the necessary decisions for the implementation of this Resolution (art. 6).
