Abstract
This Resolution amends Article I of the Ministerial Decree No. 257 of 2010 by adding that agriculture pesticides approved by the Committee of Agricultural Pesticides in the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation are exempted from having to present a certificate of examination.
