Resolution No.736 of 2005 prohibiting the reuse of packages already used for food, beverages, medicines, perfumes, oils and cosmetics.

This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 prohibits reusing, handling and storing packages already used for packing food, beverages, medicines, perfumes, oils and cosmetics. Packages that comply with the Egyptian Standardization and Metrology standards authorized by the Ministry of External Trade and Industry shall be exempt from the provisions of this Resolution (art. 2). Article 4 entrusts the bailiffs of the Industry Control Department with the competence to control the execution of the provisions of this Resolution.
