Amendment Regulations to the Fishery Product Regulations, No. 123 of 2012

This amends the Fishery Product Regulations, 1998 in the following ways; it provides a requirement for persons employed in handling fishery products to prove by a medical certificate that their health does not pose a risk to the safety of the product; the traceability and identification of fishery products through product labelling, documentation and company records, among others.
