Abstract
This amends the Fishery Products Additives Regulations, 2003 by adding that the identity of the manufacturer and the production/batch code for all additives used in fishery products shall be recorded by the processing company, to ensure that there is a link to specific batches of the final product. This provides traceability for food additives.
