Customs Goods Declaration Regulations, No. 115 of 2007

These Regulations are issued by the Minister of Finance pursuant to the Customs Proclamation, No. 112 of 2000. The Regulations provide that importers and exporters shall fill and submit declaration forms to the Customs, and such forms will contain the particulars prescribed in the 1st Schedule to the Regulations. The Director General of Customs is authorized to issue guidelines on the completion of the Customs Goods Declaration forms.
