Non-governmental Organizations Remission Regulations, No. 83 of 2004

The Regulations provide for the grant of remission to all the customs duties and taxes paid or payable on goods imported by NGOs authorized by the Eritrean Relief and Refugee Commission to participate in the relief, rehabilitation and development of activities in the country. The Regulations provide for the manner of making applications to the chief officer of customs for the grant of remissions.
