Abstract
The Regulations concern standards of water intended for human consumption to be observed in fishery product activities in the sense of Proclamation No. 105 of 1998. The management of a fish production or processing plant shall ensure that water used in such plants is potable and shall prepare and implement a water distribution plan (art. 5). Article 6 concerns the use of chlorine. Article 7 specifies in detail microbiological examinations and standards. Sampling of water shall be carried out in accordance with article 9.
