Proclamation to establish the National Drought Relief Coordinating Committee (No. 129/2003).

There is established the National Drought Relief Coordinating Committee which shall coordinate and oversee the activities of all governmental and non-governmental agencies and organizations involved in drought relief work. The Committee shall consist of the Minister of Labour and Human Welfare and the Minister of Health and the Head of the Macropolicy and International Cooperation. A duty to collaborate with the Committee is imposed on all governmental and non-governmental agencies and organizations involved in drought relief work.
