Regulations to Issue permit of Operating Tourist Pleasure Craft or Boats (L.N. No. 108/2006).

This Order, made under the Tourist Proclamation concerns application for and issuance of a permit for the use of tourist pleasure boat for commercial purposes. Permits shall be issued by the Ministry Tourism after documentary procedures by the Ministry of Fisheries and Ministry of Transportation and Communications. One of the conditions of permit shall be that the boat shall have the necessary equipment, tools and instruments in compliance with Ministry of Fisheries directives. The Ministry of Tourism shall carry out inspections.
